Perth
We are currently recruiting Customer Information Assistants (CIAs) in Perth who will provide advice and information to passengers. This is both for our regular bus services and also for rail replacement buses, guiding displaced railway passengers when buses replace trains.
We also need part-time bus drivers to assist with our weekend rail-replacement and private hire duties.
Hourly rates of pay are currently:
- £8.50 Bus drivers on local services
- £8.50 Bus drivers on rail replacement services before 2200 hrs
- £10.00 Bus drivers on rail replacement services after 2200 hrs
- £7.00 Customer information assistants
- £7.50 Bus conductors

London
We are currently looking for suitable people to assist with railway replacement bus services around London and the South East.
Duties will include helping customers to change between bus and train or Underground, making sure they board the right vehicle. Shifts can last approximately 8-12 hours and can also include traffic counts, mystery shops and survey work (short interviews) from time to time.
Occasionally we also need bus conductors in the London area.
